i have been working on paper recently.

here is a mixed media piece and a mono print

with collage added.

i attended a showing of fiber arts at the

palos verdes art center.  i found it exciting

and innovative.  i worked with textiles for

many years and love, love, love the medium.

i visited before the names were posted so i cannot

credit the many talented artists.

and i have exciting news...

i am published in the march/april issue

of cloth, paper, scissors.

the article has a detailed explanation of

tea bag painting!

southern california has been experiencing

70 degree and sunny weather.  i love the light that

comes with the spring sunshine!

and always, the sunsets over the pacific.

have a lovely weekend!

posting today with friends at paint party friday.

  5. Congratulations on getting an article in Cloth Paper Scissors. What an honor! I will have to get a copy of the magazine. Your work this week on your blog is beautiful. And I loved seeing your sunset over the ocean. Here we have sunrise over the ocean. I lived in Coronado for 3 years and enjoyed those CA sunsets so much.
