She started out a faint outline





then a blossomed branch and bird came into play




finally to become a pensive geisha

    Lovely, Irene. I like the way you adjusted the robe etc. so subtly and made the face the focus. Paint Party Friday - that sounds fun!

    She turned out to be a beautiful geisha, but I really also loved the first version/photo you posted. It is the subtle appearing of a person in the painting that gives a special feel.
